Terms of Reference

The Sub-Committee to deal under delegated powers within the Budget
set by the Environment and Leisure Committee with all issues relating to the
provision and maintenance of Christmas lights.
2.
To investigate ways of promoting the Christmas lights in the town
through sponsorship schemes
3.
Deal with issues relating to the maintenance of the High Street Pea
Lights
